Channel Icons in app are incorrect

For my network stations (CBS/NBC...etc) - the listing are correct, but the Icons on the far left side on the app (on my phone) are saying HBO/Hitz 1/Hitz 2...etc - and there are various other channels with errors like this as well

I am using EPG123 as my guide engine, and everything looks fine on my computer in WMC -

Is there a setting in the app I need to tweak, or in the EPG 123 set up?

as I said before, all the guide stats are correct, and the WMC guide looks perfect, it is just distracting to see incorrect icons on my phone screen app

It's been a while since I used MMC, but I believe you need to clear the cache and let it reload in order for the logos to be updated.
