I just sideloaded the Ceton My Media Center v1.3.6.5 on a Note8 (android 9) and is runs ok, However when configuring the login for a PC connection the Manage Security Password option is missing. This is not allowing me to connect because I cannot enter a username/pw.
Does anyone know why it is doing this or a workaround?

I figured it out. Turns out that when you long press on the PC you do not see all the options on the pop-up, but you can scroll to see more option which was not obvious.
