I've been getting the following error about once a week over the past few months. Sometimes I can refresh (a few times) and access the site. There have been a few times where I gave up and had to try the next day.
It's happened enough times that I thought I'd go ahead and report it.

Thanks for the report.
I saw a similar error a few weeks ago during the automatic database backup tasks.
I'll double check logs and investigate.
