please check whether other devices that are connected to the same network have proper access to the Internet.
If YES, they can access the Internet, then please start with Fix 1 and work your way down the list until you find the one that works for you. I have listed out the suggested fixes. If you don't know how to do this, you can find all the necessary step by step process here.
If NO, the other devices cannot access the Internet either, then the fault probably lies with your router. You can restart your router for basic troubleshooting or consult your Internet service provider for additional help.
