I believe that SiliconDust did sell a 6 tuner HDHomerun Prime, but it was essentially 2 HDHomerun Primes in one package (it still required 2 cable cards).

The Channels app is nice but their subscription pricing for DVR is rather high at $8 per month. You need to have a HDHomeRun tuner and run your own server so all you really get from the $8 is the guide data and use of the apps.

I have experienced the exact same problem with TNT-HD 737 on Cablevision in Putnam Valley, NY. The line up I use is southern Westchester though as it seems to have a closer to accurate line up than the ones listed closer to my physical location....

Does your Cable CO use Tuning Adapters? If so, it may not have the proper channel map loaded. Try rebooting it.
Although I would think if the other tuners can get the channel the TA map would affect all of them.
I would also try rebooting the affected Prime.

I have 2 primes on comcast using WMC. Am I losing out on anything if I don't update them? Curious why you guys decided to update so quickly. Were you having a problem with them? I tend to live by If it ain't broke, don't fix it attitude.
