Recently moved from W8.1 to W10 and installed 8.8.4. Great all is working (I don't record on that PC) but the Green Button doesn't launch Media Centre.

Any suggestions?

As to whether your mobo supports TV, it all depends on the processor. It wasnt until the 4000 series GPU that full mpeg hardware acceleration was supported. So if you have a processor that has less than the 4000 series GPU, I'd look at using an external video card.

I resolved the issue by replicating the Channel-Up/Dn buttons to the Page-Up/Dn buttons. Their functions now match those of the Harmony Ones used on X-Box 360 Media Center Extenders. I still do not know when or how their functions changed.
