Any suggestions?

We are all familiar with the Echo freezing under all sorts of circumstances. The usual course of action is to hit some combination of buttons a couple times, throw up your hands in disgust and hit the power button to reset the connection.

Did Ceton get Copy-Once compatibility on Android?

Was the Android Echo update going to allow live TV streaming and viewing in Android or was it simply a front end that launched an Windows Extender program? There's a lot of other solutions out there - XBMC, Plex, etc - but none of them can handle a Copy Once flag. If Ceton had a way to view content...

Yes, copy protected playback is supported on Android with the HDHomeRun VIEW. Picture of Showtime below.
The interface is usable, but has many areas that can be improved. MPEG2 streams on Android (wifi) are more robust as SD and struggle with HD. MEPEG4 solves this is my opinion due to the lower...

Just noticed we're approaching a year since the last firmware update (official of 3/4/13, if you exclude the 3/20/13 one that was later pulled). Anybody feeling lucky, thinking that maybe we'll get tossed a bone on the year anniversary of the last firmware?
I think it's doubtful, but hey ... they...
