I've been having varying degrees of pixelation and occasional signal loss to the point of no signal being detected. It has gotten worse recently and I'm trying to figure out a solution. I tried a bidirectional drop amplifier with passive return and signal levels are coming through just fine....

I have been able to watch the diagnostics tool and have been getting in the CableCard tab:

Step 3 (should be OOB locked) is blank with a ? in the OK column
Step 4 Not receiving messages yet...check signal, replace card...
