Hi,

I'm trying to install the Ceton My Media Center Services on a clean install of Windows 8.1 Professional (with Windows Media Center installed - no TV tuner card yet though).

During the install, it gives me the following error:

Failed to save changes to XML file...

My Media Center can see the server and access the recorded tv and guide, but it wont let me control the server PC or the xbox 360 to start playback.

I'm running:

Windows 8.1 My Media Center Config 13.12.7.1361
Windows Phone 8.1 My Media Center App 1.3.2.1

Ceton My Media Center on Andriod work majority of time very well. Sometimes the remote finds the WMC PC and gets content etc but remote function can not find device. In time minutes to hours it just shows. Any ideas why this happens and how I can fix asap without waiting.

I just broke down and bought the Win8 app too.
So why isn't the Win8 app telling me if a show is new or a repeat like the WP8 app does?
