My new PC has 2 SSD HDDs. I use the primary C: drive for OS & applications; and a less expensive D: drive as my temp\scratch disk; which I can easily replace.

How can I move the below data folder and all its contents to my D: drive for EPG123 to use? I really don't want to wear out my primary...

I use to use My Channel Logos to incorporate my custom logos in the guide. Being that the the program is no longer supported, I've been trying to get EPG123 to include my custom station logos. I moved all my station logos to the EPG123/logo folder. All logos appropriately match the station call...

I just released version 8.9.1 of the WMC installer for Win8.1/10/11. This version is based on both 8.8.5 and v13 by @technodevotee to perhaps give a better experience along with a couple fixes needed that I didn't know about until earlier this month.

If your previous install is from the older zip file installs (8.8.5 and older from the folks at MDL), then you will have to use the uninstaller from that zip package to remove WMC.

CBNC in europe yesterday changed the frequency:
from
12.070 H, SR 27500, FEC 9/10, DVB-S2 – 8PSK
to
12.383 H, SR 27500, FEC 3/4, DVB-S2 – 8PSK

In WMC I made a fast channel search in 12.383 and added the new channel.
what has to be done in epg123? reset database?
Or do I only have to wait ;=)...

So I set up a new Windows 7 PVR last month - it was working fine with no issues, until Saturday when some recordings and some live TV started to stutter (audio normal, but the video sometimes drops from the normal FPS to like 5 FPS). It may be a reception issue, is this OTA? if so you may need an LTE filter on your antenna.

If this is for me, I have a great OTA signal. Both WMC, and the Silicon Dust apps show a full strength green signal.

The client systems use the same tuners, and do not have the problem.

I would agree with you but was definitely caused by the above mentioned rollup. Not a fan of coincidence. mcupdate.exe didn't help. Think it was better like it started recording shows again with the tuners but the guide updates kept failing still. I ended up having to use the EPG app to reset...

I'm able to P2V my working protected content/CableCard physical desktop into an ESXi virtual machine.
But of course, the process upsets PlayReady which now wants to do an update .
And the PlayReady servers aren't listening any longer. So, it's not possible to update PlayReady.
