PlayReady update message after memory upgrade
Yesterday I added some memory to my PC. Today Windows Media Center failed to record a movie, and live TV shows a message "The PlayReady update was incomplete. You will not be able to watch or record protected content until the update is successful." I thought I read that only a major system change like the motherboard or CPU would force a DRM reset. Am I going to lose the 112 movies (yes, one hundred and twelve) that I haven't watched yet?

I updated PlayReady but now my old movie recordings won't play, even after copying back the mspr.hds file as was suggested by some people.

Almost lost my mind over the PlayReady reset. (I changed MB from AMD to Intel)
This may be the best solution- a one-button fix!. It worked yesterday.
This is for XBOX- it works for WMC. (At least once)

Scroll down to the FIXIT button and proceed. Good luck. If it works please spread the word!
It may help to login on IE as administrator! May not work on other browsers!
