Cannot record newly added channels

I recently expanded my Cox cable subscription from "economy" to "advanced". The new channels appear correctly and I am able to watch them in Media Center (Win7) - but when I click the record button nothing happens on some of these newly added channels (like HGTV).

The HDHomeRun web interface says the channel is protected-copyonce, so I'm not sure what is inhibiting my ability to record these channels. Other protected-copyonce channels that I've already been subscribed to record normally.

Any ideas?

I ended up being able to resolve this issue by going through the WMC setup again.
