No Guide after installation of a PCIe 4 card

WMC does not ask for provider info on installation of a PCIe4 card, hence there is no guide. I have installed this card on two other similar PCs with no problem. I have also installed a ETH6 on 3 computers without a problem. Ideas?

Bizarre! I have set up WMC with either the PCIe4 card or the ETH6 device on 5 different PCs with no trouble getting guide info. It's just this one box (Ga-Z97-hd3p) that's a problem.

As it turns out, simply deleting the .db file in c:\programdata\Microsoft\ehome solves the problem. It forces a tuner reconfig and WMC prompts for the provider. Oddly, unlike previous installs it restricts access to 4 of the 6 tuners (this is for the ETH6). It says the OS does this. News to me.
