Can't wake through IR anymore after Rovi

Everything worked fine until the Rovi issue. I had a tough time and ended up trying most suggested solutions a number of times including uninstalling wmc, etc.

Since getting it up and running, I can't wake from IR. IR will put it too sleep and pushing the case power button or connecting through Hippo Lite (WOL) both wake it up just fine. Reasonable for me but my wife is annoyed I've checked the ehome power management settings and "allow this device to wake the computer" is checked.

Normally anytime you press any ir button, the led on the receiver blinks, even if it's sleeping---but now when the pc is asleep, the ir receiver is dead. I've put fresh batteries in the remote, etc.

Any ideas? What did I break while trying to connect to Rovi?
