Channel currently unavailable message on all channels

Hi,

I went through the whole process on the ceton website and activation process and everything in ceton diagnostics looks good + green and the setup in WMC went by successfully. BUT, I can't connect to any channels. It says Channel currently unavailable with a description saying no signal.

When I look in WMC diag, it shows a GREAT signal but on "Physical Channel" it says channel unavailable.

Any ideas what the issue could be?

That he did! For anyone having a similar issue to mine. I think a part of my issue was that while setting it all up I never actually fully powered down/powered up the system to let the cable card tuner restart. Everytime my computer restarts it just restarts the hard drives so I dont think it was getting the full restart it needed for the firmware update or something.
