Handbrake & Blu-Ray

I've been recently trying to put all my blu-rays onto my Media Center and not really sure what the best settings are. I've tried a few things that seem to work and a few that don't. Sometimes it seems like Media Center doesn't like to play the file and other times my extenders will or won't. Does anyone have a good walk-thru for the settings they use in Handbrake that will work in Media Center and on Xbox 360's as extenders? I'm trying to keep my file size around 6gb or so if possible. I would like my video to look good but I'm more of an audio person, so keeping the great surround sound of a blu-ray is important to me.
