I used the link below to resolve an issue I used to have with stutter when watching Live TV after a long period of time. It was on the old tgb and migrated to windows experts community. I don't remember exactly what the fix was or if it is still relevant. I don't remember if I needed it the last time I rebuilt my PC but it was one of those things I don't want to lose and since Microsoft took down the sight does anybody here remember or have a backup of the fix? I want to say it had something to do with the system clock but I'm not sure. Thanks for any help!!

The links on the page appear to work (home, etc.) and they have different timestamps, so I'm betting there's a lot of content archived if you can just figure out how to get to it.
