Tried that and by typing it in the addy bar. So theres definitely not anything wrong with the site, then must be something wrong on my end.
Will keep trying cos i really want to try this software.

Not sure why it's not working... do you have a paypal account? another option is to just send money from your paypal account directly to donations@mychannellogos.com. I'll send you the program if you send $5 or higher.

I downloaded the latest version after the paying the 3.40, fair price, but I cannot get this product to work. I have done everything suggested, but the two folders do not exist, I have uninstalled, and disabled norton, still have the same isssue.
When I try to run MCL, I get the message: " The invocation of the constructor on type My_Channel_Logos.MainWindow' that matches the specified binding constraints threw an

That is all that will happen. any thoughts?

I get the same exception thrown when I start MCL. Did you ever arrive at a solution?

I looked at my MCL logo updater logs, wondering if logo updates are working, and I see a long list of the following types of errors. Are these normal, or do they indicate the MCL database got munged somehow?

Not normal... but its a bug that has no impact on the function of the program, so I never got around to fixing it.

If you're looking to get access to some new logos, you'll want to upgrade to MCL XL.

Ben looking at it... is the upgrade path uninstall MCL2, and install XL? Any gotchas to worry about?

It should work just to upgrade from 2 to XL, but occasionally users have issues opening the program and need to uninstall then reinstall. If you're on Windows 7 it should be straight forward. Windows 8 is the devil.

I got the download email, installed the correct version (64 bit), and got the app in WMC Extras, but when I try to open the app it says "the mcladdin program has stopped working and you will be returned to Windows Media Center". Did I do something wrong?

did you try to run the program using the windows start menu?

Make sure you run the main program first from the start menu.
