That was removed some time ago, you must have been running an old driver on your four tuner PCIe card. (At least a year and a half, don't remember the exact version when it was removed).

that's the digital cable advisor not the Ceton app. There is/was a Ceton InfiniTV Status from DMZ and that still works (don't know if its still available).

It was added in •1.5.4295.11: Integrated Network Tuners into installer. Added Media Center app for Diagnostics.
and then removed in •13.3.22.1342: USB stability improvements. Deprecated diagnostic Media Center addin.

Actually I was talking about the ceton network tuners setup wizard not the digital cable advisor. There is no longer the infinitv diagnostics page.

The Network Tuner wizard is only supported for InfiniTV 4 products on Windows 7. If you would like a network-based tuner on Windows 8, 8.1, or for a 6-tuner unit, we recommend the InfiniTV 6 ETH.
If you are on Windows 7 with an InfiniTV 4, make sure you selected Network Tuners during the driver install - it's an optional component.
