The Quality Windows Audio Video Experience service

#1

Post by bounderboy » Thu Dec 11, 2014 11:28 pm

I was having problems today with extenders and then realised it as the kb3004394 update causing this. However in my endless troubleshooting I noticed this recurring error in my event log. It doesn't appear to be causing problems currently but doesn't sound nice..

Any ideas anyone what is causing this?

Check your network adapter properties and enable the QoS Packet Scheduler.

Thanks for the heads up unfortunately my adaptor doesn't have the QOS Packet scheduler as a configurable property... Any other ideas? OR should I not worry about it if all seems ok?
