Surf the web or play youtube videos within WMC?

Is this possible? I've gone through every menu and setup in the UI but I haven't found how to launch a web browser or enter a URL, yet there are menu items that lead me to believe web integration is indeed built in.

Am I crazy or can this indeed be done, and if so how?

I just use IE which is built into Windows 7 for the occasional web browsing.

I downloaded Kylo web browser, added it to "extras" menu in wmc and browse YouTube from there.

YouTube Videos can be added..
It's a bit of work but not impossible.
Install Chrome: http://www.google.com/chrome/
Install relaunch http://code.google.com/p/relaunch/
relaunch also requires you to have .NET installed http://www.microsoft.com/net
After installing all this run relaunch, click on App to Launch select Youtube Leanback.
All the appropriate fields should be filled in automatically from there..
click the Add Button, Under Current Tiles YouTube Leanback should be added.
Click Exit.
Launch WMC, YouTube Tile should now show up in Extras/Extras Library.
You can launch it from there or you can use a WMC Menu Editor like Media Center Studio to add the Tile to the WMC Main Menu.
I made a Streaming TV Menu Strip and added a few sites to that that I can launch from the main menu.
Once you launch YouTube or any other app with relaunch to get back to WMC just hit the Green Button on your remote.
If you have any questions just let me know.. I'll try and help.

Here is some info on how to customize the WMC Menu : http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/16973/cu ... er-studio/
And here is a link to Media Center Studio. (Free) older version: http://www.thegreenbutton.tv/forums/vie ... f=9&t=2164
Link at top of page.. If you do use the older (Free) version you will also want to install the MCSfix available here.. http://www.hack7mc.com/downloads?did=97

Or the newer version of MCE Reset Toolbox here (paid) http://www.acs-digital-media.com/
This is another option for modifying the MCE Main Menu to add strips, themes etc. like Media Center Studio but this newer (updated version) is a paid version.
