Record settings will not save

When I change record settings they do not save. An example would be if I select to only record new episodes of a series or if I change the setting to stop recording 10 mins after an episode. Obviously this is true for both individual recordings and recording defaults. It will allow me to make the changes but it won't save and the change will not work. When I add new series it saves these changes without issue. I am running Wmc7 with ceton tuner. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
