Subscription required

I've been having the same problem with Subscription Required on the same 4-5 channels for 2 yrs. I had the Infinitv4 and now the Infinitv6 and both suffer the same problem. TW sent a tech out an
he said my signals are perfect and the problem has to be my tuner. Below is a snip from the logs when changing to a specific channel. Any ideas?

Jan 7 01:08:28 ocur[21]: ocur: [0] Channel is scrambled, expecting CCI
Jan 7 01:08:28 ocur[21]: ocur: [0] Sending ca_pmt to CableCARD for program number 2 index 1
Jan 7 01:08:28 ocur[21]: upnp: Event(octa[6]): UDCPMessage, "AgQALAEAKQEC/wEGAAAupTf/GgLqpTf/AAAupTf/GgLuyRz/GgLqpTf/GgLqpTf/"
Jan 7 01:08:32 ocur[21]: ocur: WARNING: [0] Timed out waiting for CCI (recvd 0)
Jan 7 01:08:33 ocur[21]: upnp: Event(cas[0]): DescramblingStatus, "Not possible (no entitlement)"

Just for a laugh, have you tried using a different cable card &/or tuner adapter (if TW uses one)?

Have you opened a support ticket with us? This sounds like your CableCARD is not authorized for the channel. Also try upgrading to our newest beta firmware if you haven't already.

Check the tuning adapter's signals. The FDC signal strength/power should be +/- 10dB. The FDC S/N (SNR) should be 35 or higher (32 or higher is probably OK too). The RDC power should be between 25 and 50dB, preferably around 30-40dB. If the RDC is 50 or higher, that may be your problem.

I would recommend you open a support ticket with us (Ceton) as it sounds like you haven't. Please include a diagnostic taken on the tuner running the beta firmware while tuned to the non-working channel.

Its been a week now since TW switched their channel lineup to the new national lineup. No more subscription required messages have been popping up.
I guess whatever the problem was is now fixed on their end when they moved the channels
