Recently had an issue where CBS 2 Chicago WBBM DT would not decode the signal. I would get a message that there was not TV Signal and an blue screen. But when checking the signal strength, it was showing 100%. I contact CBS and they promptly responded that there had been no changes, but I was the third person this week to ask - so it must have been a Microsoft glitch.
The fix was easy. Just disable then re-enable the the channel.
Tasks>Settings>TV> Guide
Edit Channels
click on the CBS2 button to get the settings for 2.1 WBBM DT.
On the left click Disable and then Save
Back out. Then go back in and Enable and Save.
It would restart the decoding and give you a picture.
