Hi all, I was actually told about this forum by the Verizon phone tech when we couldn't resolve my issue. I have the PCIe InfiniTV 4, and I think I set it up properly. However, when I try playing any TV I get a "Service Is Unavailable..." notice. They sent me a new CableCard but the problem persists. I just submitted a ticket with Ceton but I'd figured I'd post here and see if anyone had similar issues.
The device seems to stay a steady blue and I thought it was supposed to turn red. The Ceton diagnostic tool shows the entire CableCard tab as operating properly.
Thanks for any insight!
Aaron

Figured it out!
I had to re-enable bridging in the network tab.
