Windows 8 WMC downgrade to Windows 7

Hi, Is there a way to transfer series (season pass) between Windows 8 WMC and Windows 7 WMC? Windows is 8 and my Ceton4 are just don't run well together even with different drivers and firmware. Windows 7 much more stable and reliable. I've got many live tv series setup for recording and the transferring the files in the ehome backup directory doesn't seem to work between the 2 different OS.

Thanks in advance :)

No, this isn't possible as far as I know.

I don't even think there was ever a way to do this between Windows 7 installations. So, if you reinstalled Windows, there was no way to back up / restore TV show recording settings.

It's been a while since my Win 8 experiment, but I seem to recall that mcBackup worked fine for moving my recording schedules from 7 to 8 and back. Just make sure you don't restore the channel list or you can get into trouble.
