It's missing A LOT of buttons. Like no numbers for example. Looks like a Roku remote to me. And it costs nearly double the price of the much better old media center remote for the 360. Since the batteries are AAA instead of AA, I can guarantee you will also need to replace/charge them quite often.

FWIW, the Harmony profile for Xbox One has the following functions:

0-9, enter
vol up, vol down, mute
channel up/left bumper, channel down/right bumper
power toggle, power on, power off, standby
menu
up arrow, down arrow, left arrow, right arrow
ok
view
play/pause, play, pause, rewind, fast fwd, stop, skip back/left trigger, skip fwd/right trigger
back/exit
eject
a, b, x, y
xbox

Pronto hex and JP1 codes have also been posted, so many universals can already control Xbox One. So no need to wait for this crappy looking remote.
