I just installed and activated a ComCast HD Digital Adapter using ComCast's online activation.
When I went back to my HTPC to watch TV, every channel now displays a 'Subscription Required'.
When I ran the Ceton Diagnostics, for the Cable Card, it's telling me that a valid CableCard is not detected on both the PCIe card and the USB tuner.
I've powered down and restarted the PC with no change.
I'm not sure what to do next.
Any ideas? Before, when I installed both tuners, the diagnostics at least found the cards and gave me the info to call ComCast to pair them.

Both cablecards got knocked off my account. Comcast resolved it in about 15 minutes.
Whew.
