Hi,
please, Can help me in this case: I´m using media center wint Windows 8.1. My remote control sttoped work - I press the any buttons and didn´t happen anything , volume, channels, nothing . I saw at Device Manager, the drive is ok. I see the light red when I press the button at remote control and the receptor. Have anyone na idea??

It iTunes running? It can hijack remote commands if it is.
