"Otay" error messages from WMC

#1

Post by wheeler » Thu Dec 26, 2013 5:52 pm

I loved this app but recently have not been able to connect to my PC and receive "Otay" error messages from WMC. I have verified times, rebooted, manually entered IP/port, removed AVG, removed Malwarebytes, turned off fire walls, uninstalled/reinstalled app and server; but still no connection. I am disappointed that I paid for this app but I am even more frustrated at the hours I have wasted trouble shooting. Would someone please confirm if there is still support for this software?

Thanks for solving my problem with your rapid reply!
This morning I updated to ceton_my_media_center_setup_w8_13_10_28_1276 from the Ceton website.
Your beta link to ceton_my_media_center_setup_w8_13_12_07_1361 fixed my problem.
