WMC + STB: Won't change channels 50-59

Hey everyone.

I have just completely reloaded my media center machine. After the OS install, driver installs, windows updates and configuring media center, I'm having a really strange problem. I have one of the STB's changing channels just fine, the other one, however, won't change to any channels between 50 and 59. It doesn't even send the signal to the STB. I can change to any other channel and it sends the signal. I have no channels deselected in the guide. I'm at somewhat of a loss as to what is causing this and was hoping someone might have an answer. I really don't want to reload the stinking thing again.
