One of two channels do not work on my ceton device.
When i check the db levels, on most channels im either right around zero or +2-3dbs.
But on one or two channels, the db level is around -22db.
The tv cable goes directly back to a 8 port amplifier with active return....

Either your channel map is wrong, or you have a signal strength issue (possibly a filter) - you should start by having your cable operator out.
