Sorry if any of this is completely incorrect or incomplete. Im a bit new at WMC.
From everything that I could find, displayport should not be working, especially for copy-once. For some odd reason, my Lenovo w/ HD4000 is putting both copy free and copy-once channels out to my tv via DP -> DVI -> HDMI fine. I am certainly very happy about this, but not sure "why" it is working. And more importantly, scared to touch anything for fear that it will no longer work.
Just wanted to see if I could get confirmation of others who have working DP video?
If it helps, Im going from VZ Fios -> HDHomerun for source feed.
Thanks!
Displayport -> DVI -> HDMI is working for me?

It will work fine if you are using a DisplayPort adapter to convert it to DVI or HDMI. Media Center sees this as a DVI or HDMI connection, and allows the copy protected content to play.
The problem comes when you have a display that is connected directly to the DisplayPort, as is the case with some laptops' built-in displays.
