TBS6921 not getting BBC HD channel in MC7

I am using the TBS6921 DVB-S2 card with Media Center under Windows 7

I cannot receive the BBC HD channel - Media Center just says No Signal Received when I select channel 108 (BBC HD)

I can get ITV1 HD and Channel 4 HD fine but not BBC HD.

Please help!

Perform a manual scan on the details:

Astra 2D (28.2° East)
Transponder 45 (aka 2.045)
Frequency: 10.77325 GHz
Horizontal polarisation
Modulation: DVB-S, QPSK
Symbol rate: 22.0 Mbaud
FEC 5/6
Transport Stream ID: 2045

I think that BBC HD is now DVB-S2 on the TP below:

10847 V 23000

Having said that, I though that MC was pretty good at picking BBC HD up automatically.

d'oh, I must have given the old transponder details!

A single transponder scan with parameters 10847, 23000, Vertical picked up a working BBC HD and added BBC One HD. I thought an all transponders scan would have been sufficient but clearly it's not enough.
