Found a remote that emulates mouse?

Never heard of this one before. I know mouse-emulating remotes are a big item for discussion here. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this?

I have it. I haven't used it in a long time so I don't remember much about it. I wanted to use the same remote on every box so this one didn't work.
