Most TVs now are coming with VERY few choices for inputs. They're saving costs, because after all they think we all want it CHEEP CHEEP CHEEP CHEEP.

No, I want it FUNCTIONAL FUNCTIONAL FUNCTIONAL FUNCTIONAL FUNCTIONAL.

Yeah, I just bought a new Vizio TV and it only has 2 HDMI inputs. Fortunately I have an AVR with 4 HDMI inputs, but I was surprised at how few there were on the TV, especially in comparison to my old (smaller) TV with 4

I don't think that means as much to allot of people. Who knows how much a pound is? I mean, obviously a few do, but to me its just some number. It seems like it may be a large number, but again, i don't know what the exchange is, so it could mean 5 bucks as far as i know.

Bargain Mark!

I guess we're maybe just more up to date with rough ideas of exchange rates over here? It possibly affects us on a day to day basis more than it does US folks.

It's a big wide world out there ;)

No they are coming with fewer interconnect choices because Hollywood wants them all content protected interfaces.

2 HDMI ports isn't any more protected than 4 HDMI ports.

Those UK big spenders. The biggest I can get at Costco in the U.S. is a 90" for $10,000 (or about £6440).

I am working under the assumption that 4k boxes won't have anything but those. No component...no composite.
