Backing up scheduled recordings

I'm sure this has been covered but cannot find it anywhere.

I had to rerun setup last night and lost all of my scheduled recordings (dare i say "season passes"?) I'm certain there has got to be a way to do this more efficiently than reenter each one after i have to fix something. Any way to back that list up?
