Thought I would post this because it popped up on me. WLS (ABC - Digital 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 - in Chicago, IL) recently disconnected their OTA digital broadcast on the VHF 7 frequencies. They now broadcast solely on UHF frequency 44. I have three tuners on my HTPC. While they had the 44 frequency, they also had the 7 frequency with a higher priority. So, I was receiving a "no signal" message.
To fix this, I had to go to the WMC
Settings>TV>Guide>Edit Channels
Scroll down to the 7.1 and click on it to open the Setting for "Settings For 7.1 WLSDT" > Edit Sources on the left
Under Edit Sources, I see many 7 listtings, some with frequencies for 7 or 44. I unchecked the 7 and moved them down to the bottom of the list. Then press save.
