I can't beleive it! Intel system labs software knocked out one of my four Infini4 tuners. I was trying to print some crap from Office 2010 the other day. An error popped up in Action Center and asked if I wanted to solve it. Being the tidy kind of guy that I am, I clicked ok and was taken to http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/w ... 010623.htm Didn't recognise any of their hardware but I thought what would be the harm in installing their "Identify your wireless adapter and driver version" Big mistake. Bye Bye tuner 1.
Didn't find out about it until just a little while ago when I was checking on my signal strength, and there it was in black and white Tuner #1 Not Available, and reporting No Signal.
Took a little while to figure out what I had installed to create this mess, but all it took to fix it was Uninstall the Intel utility and cold boot. Just thought I would document this, in case you make the same mistake.
saved a diag if you want it. CetonInfiniTVDiagnostic_M4A78PRO_20130224_23-04
