Internal Dual tuner plus USB tuner

I have a system set up with an internal Hauppage dual tuner card and a Mohu leaf indoors antenna. This setup pulls most of my stations in quite well. The station towers are generally within five miles of my residence. However, one of these stations seems to cut out quite a bit.

The system that I used prior to the Hauppage dual tuner card and the Mohu leaf indoors antenna was a USB device tuner device from Pinnacle and an RCA antenna. This system picked up the channel above with good results however a different channel pixilated quite a bit.

Alas, I thought I had a solution. I would utilize both the Hauppage and Pinnacle device with two different antennas. However, Windows media center only configures the Hauppage dual tuner card. It recognizes that there is a Pinnacle device connected but does not configure it. Is this by design or is there something I can do to correct the issue? Thanks.

BTW I am using the Windows 8 version of Windows Media Center
