was glancing at slashdot.org recently and came across an article about the firmware/EEPROM on an intel 82574L chipset that with a special packet on the network would kill the card until a complete power cycle is done. I am wondering if due to the nature of network tuners if there could be similar issues with hardware affecting the echos or the primes (on either the devices or the PC) causing the issues that many are seeing with these devices (pixellation/lockups/etc).
