No Remote Control

HI

I have My media Center PC with My Media Center server software on it.

I have purchase My Media Center on my Android Galaxy Note.

My Android connects to my PC and I can see all my listed recordings and TV guide.

When I click on a recorded program and press play nothing happens.

When I use the Remote Control nothing happens.

Please help

Is Media Center open on your PC when you press Play on your device? Playback occurs on the PC, not on the device.
