Components to build around i3-3220t

I was able to get an Intel i3-3220T really cheap, so I’m building a new HTPC around it. I have a Ceton PCIe tuner already. But I’m looking for input or advice on hardware for the rest of the build. I’ll be running Windows 7 with WMC. I want it to fit on a shelf with other AV equipment. I don’t plan on doing blue ray on it, so I’ll just put in an inexpensive DVD drive (unless you convince me otherwise). I also want to keep it as quiet as possible (within reason). This is what I am thinking so far:
MB: A couple of options: Intel DH77EB or ASRock Z77 Extreme4-m or Asus P8z77-m
Case: Silverstone ML03b mATX Media Center Case
PSU: SeaSonic SS-300ET or maybe considering SeaSonic SS400FL Fanless
Ram: G Skill Ripjaws X 8GB
Hard Drive: WD Green 2 TB
Optical Drive: Asus 24x DVD burner
Fans: Maybe 1 or 2 SilenX Effizio fans

Thanks

You can get a BluRay reader for $35 shipped these days, so I'd be inclined to go that way rather than buy a DVD reader, even though you can't actually take advantage of BluRay without additional player software.

Note that WD has a specific version of their green drives that they recommend for AV use (AV-GP) - I'm not sure that it makes that much difference, but it's worth considering.

And the #1 recommendation for a new build is to use an SSD for the boot drive.

I got

picoPSU-150-XT + 102W Adapter Power Kit

And

MSI H61I-E35/W8 Socket 1155 VGA HDMI 6 Channel Audio mITX Motherboard

Works very well and virtually silent...

You could also get a heatsink case for complete silence. Like this....

They tend to be a bit pricey, but I will be getting one I think soon as I free up some cash...

Might I add this was for the bedroom. Htpc use only. Fine for HD content....

Thanks for the input. I will probably put a Blueray drive in. I've been on the fence about the SSD, but if funds allow, I may get one. Everyone who has one seems to rave about it.
