In the beta forum there was a f/w change log sticky. This was not avaialble to all and as the beta forum is now closed it isn't available to anybody.

Can ceton create a sticky here on TGB to have the f/w change logs posted please?

I just realized something in the 1219 f/w that is of interest. It says, "Only output at modes supported by the TV".

My echo is going through my AVR via HDMI to my HDTV via HDMI. My HDTV supports all refresh rates and my AVR is set for i/p upscaling. So what does the echo read in this set up? The TV or the AVR? I do see the TV re-syncing even though it is going to 1920x1080 each time even for 720p and 1080i content because the AVR is upscaling it to 1080p. Is this occuring because in native mode the AVR is catching the signal from echo because it has been switched to differing resolutions?

It will only give you the options in the settings page for what resolutions are supported.

Okay. Does it read through the AVR to the display for the EDID or does it go with what the AVR reports which is all resolutions usable by the echo through i/p upscaling?

I will have to ask the guys for specifics tomorrow as I don't work on echo software.
