Purely guessing here but I assume the key allows the replacement of at least one system dll or allows the editing of them by the pack.

Someone with AEP needs to install it on a test box with a few reg sniffers and logging apps running ;)

Let's keep this thread alive, get Ceton to make this a 2013 initiative.

I run four extenders, plus the TV that is connected directly to the HTPC. I have a GT-430 video card for the direct-connect TV, and my i5-760 hovers around 35% while all five TV's play HD recordings and/or live HD TV content.

I think they should focus on getting the echo functioning, get live streaming to the companion app, and fix the last few bugs on the infinitv as their 2013 initiative...

I'll agree with that.... in that exact order.

Good idea, but the AEP alternative is a good way to smooth over some of the issues of recent (for me, the Echo coming to market well in advance of when it was ready).

I'm just bumping this thread to show there's some interest in more than 5 simultaneous extenders! Even if there was a one time license cost involved!

Too the top to reiterate how cool this would be to have added to the Ceton Install Package. ;)

I would definitely come out of pocket for an increase in amount of simultaneous extenders!
