Under counter TV with HDMI?
I thought it would be cool to get an under counter flip up/down TV for the kitchen and connect an Echo to it. However, I cannot find a single under counter TV that has an HDMI input. They all just have coaxial and analog inputs. How 1990's is that? Has anyone ever seen such a product before?

I gave up on under cabinet TV's when I saw how much they were for a small TV compared to 19" LCD. Mounted a 19" LCD with an articulating arm in the corner, so that it can be swung to view, and then pushed back when not being used.
The stock speakers were no match for a large (260 ft²) kitchen with appliances running.
I ended up making a shelf out of same wood as cabinets (stained same color too) and put a UPS, Linksys DMA2100, and a set of computer speakers with a subwoofer on it, and mounted in the corner above the TV, 6" from the ceiling. Installed a power outlet and network/phone/Coax wall plate behind the TV to conseal the wires.
