Cannot install version 12.11.26.835 on Windows 8

Not sure what happend, but when I install the ceton_companion_services_setup_w8_20121126_12_11_26_0835.exe it seems to install ok, but when I look at version it says it is 12.11.20.631 and that there is a beta update available. Then I download that, it wants to do a repair so I do, and it doesn't change.
Uninstall / reinstall doesn't work.
Small possibility I installed the w7 app sometime ago?

How can I fix!

Right now just uninstall the current version and install the 12_11_26_0835 from the website and run with that one.

12.11.20.631 is actually an older version and is not supposed to be available, I believe it is a bug with versioning of the file that will be fixed with our next build.

Let meknow

That's what I have done 7 times. I download that package and install and yet it insists the version installed is 20.631 :-( or are you saying it is lying about what is installed?

Yes I believe it is lying about what version is installed. So once you have it installed via the link on cetoncorp.com, don't try to update it any more :)

i will post when a new build is available :)
