Start Extender in Media Center

#1

Is it possible to set the Xbox so that when it's started, it automatically opens Windows Media Center? I'm somewhat of a newb with xbox (sorry, just don't play games) and it's a pain to go thru all the steps to get to use xbox as an extender.

absolutely it is.

Go find it in one of the XBox setup menus.

I use Valve, and from what I can remember you have to run Hide Media Center Strips ("Run As Administrator" ) at least twice for the settings to hold. You may also have to restart the XBOX MCE session once or twice.
