Hi

Can anybody advise whether the Ceton Echo will work with the HDTV channels that are broadcast in the UK.

Cheers

I thought I saw someone on the Echo beta thread say that they were waiting for delivery of their beta unit to Europe, so hopefully someone will be testing this!

If not, maybe you could find a US beta tester to try a sample recording clip for you?

We do have a few beta testers in Europe using it. The ultimate plan is to sell it in Europe, but I don't believe we have announced an availability date there.

Thanks ok, will just have to wait and see :) I did put my name down on the beta test list but wasnt fortunate enough to be chosen. If anybody is able to test it would be good to see if its able to stream HDTV as my current Linksys boxes cant unfortunately :(

While I don't live in Europe, the fact that Ceton is testing with folks in Europe is a good sign that they desire to support the needs there.

The echo is already CE certified as well. You will see it international at some point for sure :-)
