Issues with Channel Logos

I get the '674' logo.

I have attached one of the files I use as a logo. They are populated into WMC via BigScreen EPG.

with the latest services can you try these 2 things:

Hmmm can you do 2 things for me.

1.) First go to channels and just hit "sync" and see if that works.

if not:

2.) Do a clear cache under settings -> turn it on, save, close app, double press start button and force close app and re-launch. This will clear out the image cache

Let me know, if not then we will try again in a new beta.

No luck. Even tried installing it on the iPad and doing the same - still seeing '674' icons.

Alright interesting a few others are experiencing this as well we thought we had it fixed. We will try to squeeze it into the next beta of services.

I'm still seeing this problem on my iPad with the latest version 1.2.12 since the first release. Around 50% have logos, the rest have 674.

still not showing up for me either. never have. must have reported this 5+ times now

We are still working on it. We know what the issue is and are working on a fix for it. It will be an update to the companion services as the apps require no code changes.

I have done an update to both the service and app and still some channels don't have a logo. Is it still being worked on ?

Hi

Just a 'me too' post. Tried everything, but cannot get the all the MCL logo's to show in My Media Center apps for either Android or Win8. My media center machine is Windows 8. I have about 40% showing, while the rest show the default '674' icon
